Jessie entered the industry in 2004 as a processing assistant for a mortgage lender First Franklin Financial. She worked her way into an Account Executive position, where she helped local mortgage brokers and their clients. In 2007, she moved into REO Sales for a small privately owned company. The company grew from 13 employees (Jessie was #19) to over 150, working with Government Sponsored entities such as Freddie Mac and the Secretary of Veterans Affairs. She became a licensed real estate agent in 2008, selling the foreclosed properties for HomeSteps, A Freddie Mac unit, in the states of AL, GA, FL, OK and TX. She was recruited into the quality assurance department and spent the last decade mitigating risk and ensuring quality in the real estate cycle.
Married since 2007, Jerrod and Jessie are the proud parents of three children and two dogs. Free time is spent trying various restaurants, attending the kids school functions or vacationing.

Jerrod got his start in the financial industry in 2003 with the mortgage lender First Franklin Financial; from there he changed his focus to the title and escrow industry. Jerrod established the Truly Title Tyler branch in 2021. During his time with the company and working with hundreds of clients he noticed a need in the market for affordable roll off dumpsters. Seeing this gap in the market for the Tyler community, he decided to open his business. He established the business in Sept 2023 and steadily grew his clientele. In September 2024, he has proudly taken the next step to work his business full-time leaving title and escrow behind. When you call Ready to Roll you speak with him, he also personally drops off and picks up all dumpsters ensuring his product meets the needs of the client.
